About the company
Built by someone who had to make the network work.
MARS Technology Services exists because government IT work rewards a specific kind of discipline — and that discipline is hard to hire for if you have never had to practice it under pressure.

Leadership
Michael A. Robinson Sr.

Michael A. Robinson Sr. spent thirteen years in the United States Army Signal Corps — the branch responsible for keeping communications running when conditions are least forgiving. That work sets a standard that is difficult to unlearn: you document what you built, you hand it over cleanly, and you do not report a system as operational until it is.
He carried that into more than twenty years in information technology, working across infrastructure, network operations and security in environments where federal requirements were not an afterthought bolted on at the end but a constraint the architecture had to satisfy from the first decision.
MARS Technology Services was founded to bring that combination — federal fluency and genuine operational depth — to agencies and prime contractors who have been burned by vendors with one and not the other. The company is a registered Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business headquartered in the Atlanta metro area, with an active SAM.gov registration and the identifiers a contracting officer needs to move quickly.
How we operate
Four commitments we will not trade away
The requirement sets the scope. Where the mission is better served by a capability we do not hold, you hear it during scoping — not at closeout.
Architecture is designed against NIST and CMMC expectations from the first decision rather than retrofitted once an assessment is scheduled.
Progress is measured against the milestones in the contract, and risk is reported the moment it is visible. Nothing surfaces for the first time in a status review.
The person who scopes the work carries it through delivery and closeout. Accountability stays with a name, not a queue.
Work with a firm that has done the job.
Tell us what you are trying to deliver and where it is stuck. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
